Trade Program FAQ's

I am an interior designer, upholsterer, furniture or fabric retailer, how do I set up a trade account?

Setting up a trade account only takes a few minutes:

1) Visit and click to the trade in the top right.

2) Fill out a trade application form. Once we have received and reviewed your form, you will receive an account activation email. 

3) Complete your account activation by creating a password. You're ready to shop! 

4) As part of the trade, you will receive a complimentary box set of Revolution samples. Your boxes will be mailed to the primary address listed on your account.

5) After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email and then your tracking # once your order is shipped. Orders over $100 ship for free! 

6) We love seeing final project photos and we love to support the design community in our trade program by sharing their photos on Instagram and Facebook! If you have any you'd like to share, please tag our Instagram handle @revolutionperformancefabrics

When my order ships, will billing information and/or a receipt be sent with my fabric?

No, receipts or billing information are not sent out in your package. The billing information and order details will be sent through email.

Can I send fabric directly to my upholsterer or COM company? Is there a place where I can put a note or PO#?

During the checkout process, there is a sidemark box for PO numbers or notes. The sidemark box is in the shipping address section.  

How do I order swatches?

All swatches to the trade are free of charge. To shop a swatch, go to its product page and select the swatch option. Then click on the number of how many swatches you would like. At the bottom right hand corner, the cost amount will still appear as $0.00 even after you add to cart. This is okay! You will see your swatches in your cart at checkout.

I cannot login to my trade account. What should I do?

  • Are you logging into the trade portal? You may be trying to sign in the retail portal. To login to the trade portal, click to the trade tab, then on the drop down, click sign-in 
  • How do I reset my password? Go to the trade login page, and click the tab that says, Need help logging in? Once you type in your email address, the reset password link will be in the email.
  • My trade account activation email has expired, what should I do? Please, email and we will resend the link.
