    "My issue is not with the product but rather the customer service and the return policy or lack of. My initial email to RPF after receiving my order was met with less than satisfactory phone communication and subsequent emails with the V.P. of Marketing: Anderson Gibbons which escalated into an unpleasant back and forth email exchange. My hope was that we could come to a resolution but it seems that the end goal was to respond with flippant unprofessional remarks and accuse me of being rude. The final response that I received from Anderson Gibbons was: "I would have helped you...we love helping our customers but you were an extremely rude person to my team and need a taste of your own medicine. Please don't buy fabrics from our company again." It seems that RPF has perhaps put someone into a role that does not possess adequate communication skills. And just an FYI...my initial email was direct not rude!"

    "It was hard to imagine this fabric on traditional wing chairs and I absolutely love the way they turned out. The fabric has a great weight to it and feels durable yet soft. Initially I ordered a couple yards in the wrong color so I called Revolution to place the correct order (color Onyx). Customer service was very friendly and communicative and the order was shipped out quickly. I will be happy to support Revolution Fabrics and their American made product in the future!"

    Q&A

    I have a 22" x 22" Cushion.. Will this pattern layout properly? The description says a 28.5" pattern repeat but the photo with ruler shows a 10-11" pattern repeat. This is regarding the "Spice Striped" fabric. Thanks
    This patern should layout properly if you center the pattern on a 22"x22" . Yes you will have 3 inches on both side of the pattern that will get cut off, but the pattern will be center as long as you center the fabric.
