Upset and disappointed

"I searched for the best product, only to be deceived by yours.. Online and showing above, shows the stripes are vertical. I read the description of the fabric, nowhere does it state the stripes are horizontal. But every darn picture you show, as well as the sample I received showed the stripes as vertical. And guess what, it arrives and the fabric is horizontal. I now have 6 yards of worthless material. Your return shipping fee, the deduction of 25% restocking fee, and the ridiculous request of it to be returned in the same wrapping is a joke. So I am out $129.00. Because you are clearly showing the fabric in a vertical position, rather than horizontal, which is the true position of the stripes. I don't need to add photos or a video, because you very clearly know the stripes are horizontal, not vertical. I hope you correct your pictures so the next person does not have to deal with the very expensive loss as I am. What about the other fabric showing below. Is it also horizontal? You are so misleading the customers. I will never order from you again."

Love this and have been more than satisfied with my previous Revolution purchases! Which washable upholstery twill will work best with Colefax? Is there a better neutral match in one of your other solid fabrics? As a non-designer, I would love it if you had coordinating options mentioned :-).: Slipcover Twill- White or Cream would pair well with Colefax. Phoenician Ivory is another great washable option to pair with Colefax
