REVOLUTION GOES TO MEXICO!

Revolution Performance Fabrics went international this month with a booth at the Guadalajara Furniture Expo in Guadalajara, Mexico. 

Mike Willoughby, SVP of Merchandising for STI/Revolution Fabrics, was in attendance along with Jesus Gonzalez Sr, Jesus Gonzalez JR and Benjamín Candela, who are our new marketing partners in Mexico.

We met with and did cleaning demonstrations for manufacturers from all over Mexico. We also had the opportunity to meet with several buyers from some of the top retail chains in Mexico and South America. 

In our booth, we had a big screen TV playing some of our Revolution videos, such as "Revolution vs. the Fourth Grade". People were amazed that such a big mess could be easily cleaned from the fabric, especially considering Revolution has no PFC chemical treatments. To make sure people really believed us, we did many live cleaning demonstrations as well. We would spill some red wine on a piece of white Revolution fabric, then give it a quick blot and spray of water and bleach (yes, Revolution fabrics are completely bleach safe!) and the stain would completely disappear.

It was a busy and vibrant show! We made a lot of new friends and sans of Revolution Performance Fabrics. We will be back for the next Guadalajara Furniture Expo in February 2019!
